Gas Burner The new HTDR gas burner series has a high turndown ratio (up to 55:1) and is dedicated to industrial processes. This series of burners is made of carbon steel, with a light and compact structure; the parts that are in direct contact with the flame are made of refractory materials such as refractory steel and nickel-chromium alloy. The configuration of the HTDR series burner includes the combustion head and the components required for the normal operation of the burner, including: gas train, combustion air fan, flow regulating valve, control panel and pressure switch. The control panel is available in two different versions: Standard and Plus. The standard version of the control panel is designed for applications that require a more compact overall structure and multi-burner configurations (such as setting machines for the textile industry); the upgraded version of the control panel is designed for applications that require independent control of the burners ( Such as commonly used equipment in the ceramic industry). Other burner configurations, including substitution and/or relocation of different components, are available upon request. The burner can be operated in "start-stop", "high-low fire" and "modulating (gas only or air and gas)" modes, requiring the installation of a PID regulator and corresponding probes. When operating in the modulation mode, the modulation ratio of the neutral furnace can reach 55:1.
